How to choose your coffee
Start with intensity: the side filters take you from a Delicate profile to a Strong one, and the numeric scale is printed right on the packs — from 7/10 for a floral Arabica, through 10/10 for the fullest-bodied blends, up to 11/13 on Kimbo Gold. Next comes the blend — 100% Arabica for a smooth, aromatic cup, Arabica and Robusta for crema and backbone — followed by the roast, from medium to extra-dark Neapolitan. One distinction matters most: whole beans are ground fresh for your espresso machine or grinder, while ground coffee goes straight into the moka pot.
Formats, grinds and variants
You'll find 250 g, 400 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs, along with handy 2×250 g bipacks, in bags, tins and jars.
