These soft nougat bites combine Sicilian almonds, pistachios, honey and fine white chocolate, enhanced by one of the rarest natural ingredients in Italy: manna. 🍬🌿
Manna is a sweet resin obtained from ash trees in the mountains between Castelbuono and Pollina. Harvested during the hottest months of the year, it forms delicate white stalactites that have been treasured for centuries. This extraordinary ingredient gives the nougat a unique, pure sweetness and a delicate aroma.
