Description
Montenero revives Mannetto, the first Fiasconaro panettone, of which it is a revisitation and which takes its name from the district that saw the Fiasconaro generations grow up in the summer. From its shape and dark dough it recalls “a' Muntagna”, the profiterole of Mario, soul and founder of Fiasconaro. From Mario to Mario, Montenero is the son of the new generation of pastry chefs, Mario Fiasconaro, the grandfather's namesake, who with the same passion and dedication wants to pay homage and remember the beginning of its history.
